The Role
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the face of Sonix—delighting customers and helping them achieve their goals with our platform.
Qualifications
- You thrive on delighting customers and making their day better.
- You have experience working with small and medium size businesses.
- You enjoy supporting customers with products that require technical knowledge.
What You'll Do
- Solve customer inquiries by email, phone, Twitter, and other channels as they arise
- Analyze trends in customer issues and suggest improvements to product, marketing, and sales teams
- Use your deep knowledge of the industry to serve our customers best
- Serve as strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain long-lasting relationships with our customers
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of customer success or customer support type roles
- Track record of top performance among peers
- Ability to think outside the box
- Superior communication skills
- Bias to action, can't sit still
- Strong interest in technology, familiar with HTML and CSS
