The role

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will create a world-class customer experience.


  • You thrive on delighting customers!
  • You have experience working with small/medium size businesses
  • You enjoy supporting customers with products that require technical knowledge and understanding


  • Solve customer inquires by email, phone, twitter, and other channels as they arise
  • Analyze trends in customer issues and suggest improvements to product, marketing, and sales teams
  • Use your deep knowledge of the industry to serve our customers best
  • Serve as strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain an amazing and long-lasting relationship with our customers

We're looking for someone with

  • 3+ years of customer success or customer support type roles
  • Track record of top performance among peers
  • Ability to think outside the box
  • Superior communications skills
  • Bias to action, can't sit still
  • Strong interest in technology
  • Familiar with HTML and CSS
