Who transcribes Ukrainian content?

Ukrainian dialects and accents
Ukrainian has three broad dialect groups — northern, southwestern, and southeastern — with the standard language based on the southeastern (Kyiv–Poltava) variety. In everyday speech, many speakers also mix in Russian vocabulary and grammar (a blend known as surzhyk), which is the variation most likely to affect transcription output.
