NEW! External role permissions

Now, you can better restrict access to individual files and folders.

Many users wanted to share transcripts with people outside their organization, but they didn’t want them to access their entire account; maybe an external editor or a client. That’s why created two new roles for our multi-user Premium and Enterprise customers: External Editor and External View Only. 

It’s really easy to restrict certain users to files and folders as well. You can do that from the ACTIONS menu on your home page as shown below.
