Up until now, the only way a billing administrator could access Sonix invoices, update billing, and add/remove users was by being added as a full paid user. This doesn’t make sense since the billing administrator typically doesn’t need to transcribe, edit, or view any transcripts.
So…we added a new role to all Sonix Premium & Enterprise Plans. It’s called the Billing Administrator Role and it’s completely free.
The Billing Administrator CAN…
- Add/remove users
- View account invoices
- Update billing information
The Billing Administrator CANNOT….
- Transcribe new files
- Access any transcripts
You can add/manage a billing administrator to your Sonix account on this page: https://my.sonix.ai/account/billing. Note that you can only add one billing administrator per account.
