At its very basic level, audio transcription converts audio or video files to text. As we have started on this journey, we quickly realized that audio transcription is a solution to a large variety of problems. And we are discovering new use cases each day.
We strongly feel that the technologies surrounding audio transcription (AI, ML, NLP) and the workflows will dramatically improve over the next few years. It is an exciting time.
