Sonix, un leader émergent dans le domaine de la reconnaissance vocale, a comparé son moteur de reconnaissance vocale aux plus grands acteurs dans ce domaine, notamment Google, Amazon et IBM.
Les résultats sont mitigés, Google et Sonix reconnaissant "Laurel". Amazon a reconnu "Year Old" qui est plus proche de Yanny. Et IBM reconnaît à la fois "Yeah role" et "Laurel" qui est un mélange de Yanny et Laurel.
Pour réaliser le test, Sonix a utilisé la version de Yanny contre Laurel que Cloe Feldman a publiée pour la première fois sur Twitter.
